频道Flash公告管理规定

第一章      总则
; Q. b( O- ~7 a! ~  z  ^1 _第一条 为了减少频道flash公告所带来的频道秩序管理风险，同时使部分优质频道能够通过flash公告更好地进行频道宣传与运营，特制定本规定。
第二条 所有申请flash公告的频道需至少拥有3000频道积分，不足3000分的无申请资格。
: T( A6 l4 p3 m1 E1 ]+ N" r第三条 本规则适用于YY平台上的所有频道。

第二章 频道flash公告申请条件
第四条 凡积分达到3000积分的频道，满足下列条件之一便可申请flash公告：
1）频道ID满足4位及以下的用户频道
% u# q. |8 |) |1 p4 n1 C9 n! F% S2）属欢聚时代公司内部业务合作类频道
  Z4 g8 |; o  E第五条 flash公告申请途径：通过客服申请添加。
% o" C9 X( `7 p0 H) e6 u; k% D
第三章 申请审核
第六条 对于提出申请的频道，需通过为期7-15天的考核，具体考核内容如下：
1）频道多开率不超过30%；
2）频道无违规内容；
3）频道过去6个月内无违规记录；
- @. b" j: P: Z$ {第七条 凡通过考核的频道，YY基础运营团队将为其开通flash功能。

第四章 flash公告内容要求及违规处罚
/ B+ W9 l2 A# P  k" o第八条 含有flash公告功能的频道，需严格遵守《YY社区频道违规管理规则》，凡出现违规行为的，YY官方有权撤销其flash播放资格。
第九条 凡是利用flash功能播放违规内容、暴力、该词语是禁止的等国家法律禁止的，或含有攻击YY官方、宣传该词语是禁止的语音平台产品、攻击他人、低俗等YY官方禁止的内容的频道，一经发现，将立即撤销频道flash公告功能，并在之后的至少六个月内不允许再次申请。

第五章 附则
第一条  本规则的最终解释权归ＹＹ语音所有。YY语音有权对本规则进行修改并公示.

. E( ?7 ^+ Y8 F) q8 Q# HAfter application, the official will add this feature for your channel in 5 working days from the day after. After successfully added, the need to assess through a period of 7-15 days.
Any announcement of channels successfully added flash, need assessment by a period of 7-15 days, the specific assessment as follows:
